ThreadKeep

Terms of service and refund policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Who we are

ThreadKeep is a browser extension made by Neo Morrison LLC, 2601 E Chapman Ave 235, Fullerton, CA 92831, United States ("we"). Contact: contact@neomorrison.com.

Using ThreadKeep

ThreadKeep adds folders, search and export to chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com and grok.com. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI. Those sites change their pages without notice; when that happens a feature may stop working until we ship a fix. You are responsible for following the terms of the chat services you use.

Free and Pro

The free version includes up to 5 folders, 10 exports a month and unlimited search. Pro removes those limits and is sold as a monthly subscription ($4.99 a month) or a one-time lifetime license ($59). Prices are in US dollars; tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Payment

Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT. Creem's terms apply to the purchase. Your card statement shows the charge as CREEM.IO, followed by our store name, because Creem is the merchant of record. After checkout you receive a license key by email. One key works in every ThreadKeep edition on up to 3 browsers at a time; you can free a browser from ThreadKeep's settings.

Subscriptions

Monthly Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time on a monthly plan.

Refunds

If ThreadKeep Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a lifetime purchase, or within 14 days of your first monthly payment, and we will refund it in full. After a refund the license key stops working. Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.

Your data

Your folders and saved chat text stay in your browser. See the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not sent anywhere.

No warranty

ThreadKeep is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of anything important; exports exist for that.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects paying users, we will say so on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect.
